Summer Learning Journey | Scaling New Heights

L.I is to ask five questions about Sir edmund hillary.
For this Summer learning Journey activity we had to ask questions about him if we met him. Some of the questions that I asked was about the mountain. Here are my questions.
  1. What were you thinking of when you were climbing the mountain?
  2. How cold was it?
  3. Did you miss your family?
  4. Could you breathe normally?
  5. Did you get paid for this?

  1. Mālō e lelei Sulia,

    Me again! :)

You've come up with some really thoughtful questions for Sir Edmund Hillary. I'd be particularly interested in the answer to the first one - I imagine there would have been lots of things going through his mind on the way up Mount Everest.

Do you like mountain climbing? I can't say that I've ever climbed anything nearly as tall as Mount Everest but I do like to walk up our smaller mountains here in Auckland. Rangitoto is my favourite. Have you been there before?

Well done on completing another activity Sulia. He whetu koe! (You're a star!) :)

    Blog ya later!

    Mikey :)
