video.
Today I am doing the Summer Journey's Day 3 Activity 2. The Summer Learning Journey, is a program that helps children keep track of their learning during the holidays. The Summer learning Journey has been running for, four years and my school( Panmure Bridge School) has been at the top of their game. I am glad that my school is participating this year because we get to learn about different sorts of things and get more blog-post.
For this activity we were asked to watch this video, and talk about one thing that surprised you and one thing you learnt. This video was talking about
3-D-Printed Prosthetic Hands. These are
3-D-Printed Prosthetic Hands are used to help children who don't have a body part, which is replaced with a Prosthetic, which is designed to use it has how they would usually use that body part. After watching this video we had to talk about one thing we learnt and one thing that surprised you when you watching this video.
- One the that I was Surprised about was that you it costed like tens of thousands of dollars and even if you outgrew them, you still had to pay the full price.
1. One thing that I learnt was that is that in 2013, e-NABLE has faciliated over 1000 prosthetic hands.
