The Son's of Ma'afu
LI: to identify the underlying morals/themes/explanations in myths, legends, and fairytales.
Today I have done a slide showing you about the story of The Sons of Ma'afu. This story is togan story. Its about a tongan chief who has two sons who cause a lot of trouble with spears. The village thinks that they need to be taught a lesson. So they sent them to get water from two places that has the most powerful creatures. They were so strong that they defeated the two most powerful creatures. They came back to the village the the villagers said they had to leave. They had to leave but they still wanted to see there father. So they went with there creatures and went into the sky.
I have also done some reading notes about this story. Reading notes help me Before Reading, After Reading and during reading. In the reading notes it helps me answer questions about the story .
