In this DLO shown above, I have completed a challenge on a very famous envirometalist/Biologist. This person is Rachel Carson. This challenge conducted me, to learn more about scientist. Rachel Carson was a Marine and Enviromental Biologist. Rachel Carson was mostly noticed of the books she wrote. Her books were a main part of her career. "Silent Spring" was a book that got noticed, and went global around the world, along with the meassage behind it. If you want to learn more about her and her books, be sure to read this DLO.

ReplyDeleteYour DLO was really interesting and I think that by Rachel writing her book 'Silent Spring' many people would have a much greater awareness of the harm that pesticides can cause, she would have helped make a very positive change for the environment and nature.
