This week in Food Technology(Tamaki College), Mrs Heka had taught us how to make hot cakes. Afatia & I, had worked togehter to create the Banana Hot cakes, with berry surup.
The Ingredients that we used were:
- Self Rising flour - One Cup
- Margerine/Butter - 2 Teaspoon
- Sugar - One Teaspoon
- Banana - One Banana
- Berry's - Limited amount
- 1 egg(two if chunky)
- Milk - 3/4 of milk
The equitment that we used was:
- 2 measuring cups
- 3 bowls(Large, Mideum and Small)
- Spatualla(Metal)
- Wisk
- Wooden scoop
- Rubber scraper
- Measuring spoons
- Pan
- Small pot
The first thing we did was put the Flour and sugar in the larg bowl. We did the same with the Milk in egg but with the Medium bowl. Next we put the Berrys in a little pot and 4 teaspoons of water and 2 teaspoons of sugar in the bowl. In a seprate bowl we smoshed the banana with a fork. After all of the ingredients have been done. we had then put the batter in the pan,
And our masterpeice was done.
We added ice cream, and we ate it without regretting each bite. I cant wait for next weeks tech.
