L.I to get fit and workout your muscles.
In groups LS1 went to the hall. In the Hall we had done HIIT sessions. We had did this to work our muscles. What we did to work out was do some stretches with someone. We also had done some activity's. Our first rotation was Mountain climbing . If it was to hard to do mountain climbing on the floor we had to do mountain climb on the stage. Second rotation was push ups. If it was to hard we could do it on our knees. On our third rotation their were stacks of chairs facing each other with a stick in the middle. We had to pull ourself of the ground by putting our hands on the stick. I have enjoyed doing HIIT Sessions.
